Ben Calkins founded Calkins Law Firm in 2015 to bring big-firm caliber legal counsel to owners of privately held businesses — without the big-firm price tag. A graduate of Harvard College (with honors) and the University of Michigan Law School, he began his career at Squire Patton Boggs, one of the largest law firms in the world, before launching Calkins Law Firm. He focuses his practice on business litigation and disputes for companies with $5M–$70M in revenue, including breach of contract matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, and commercial litigation.
